Covered Persons and Legislative Employees
The Commission must identify and publish at least quarterly a listing of the names and positions of all persons subject to Chapter 138A, the State Government Ethics Act, as covered persons or legislative employees. N.C.G.S. §138A-11. The most recent version of that list follows: PLEASE NOTE: This is a "snapshot" of covered persons and legislative employees.
